I can't float on my back while being static😢😢. I have to kick my legs and scull on the sides to float. But I end up moving backwards

Whenever I try to float my legs go down and drown. Only kicking keeps my legs up. Without any swimming move my legs do not stay afloat. I can inhale and stop breathing for near about a minute but my legs do not stay up even for a few seconds.

Excellent representation of Diving in Oman. I have lived and work in Oman for the last 9 years and dive weekly it is absolutely beautiful every dive. Turtles on most dives, huge eels on every dive and as you said the wheel house on the Al Munisier is seriously full of fish. I do however use only a 3 mill shorty all year round apart from anything else during the summer putting anything more on and you will boil in your bag.

Practically...i float while touching the pole of the swimming pool🤣🤣🤣🤣am such a coward 🤦so this one day...some guy helped me float ...poor me thinking he was still holding me...he whispered to me "by the way am not holding ya...youre doing this on your own" thats when i begun to fear and panic.....😭

I have this torch. It’s my main right now, but when I invest in a canister light the 710 will become my backup. Both I’ll have on me when diving though. The 710 is very bright for its size. I have had no issues with it and can see everything I point it at even in murky crappy visibility l. Happy with my purchase.

How many day we need

It took me 13 swimming lessons to finally be able to detach myself from the pool wall and float freely😀. The water was a little higher than in this video, it almost touched the neck. Now, I feel I am taking big (water) steps forward. It's great to swim.
